About Emkari

Emkari is a small, women-owned pop-up cafe based in San Diego, CA, bringing some of our favorite nostalgic Filipino and Vietnamese flavors into every cup. We started Emkari as a way to share drinks and treats that feel comforting, familiar, and fun.

Our goal is to create a menu that feels personal: drinks inspired by flavors that remind us of home, family, and the little treats we always looked forward to.

We are currently finalizing our full drink menu and cannot wait to share it with you soon. In the meantime, we are now selling our take on the viral Dubai chewy cookie: rich, chewy, chocolatey, and filled with pistachio cream, kataifi, marshmallow, milk powder, and cocoa powder.
